VALOPEDIA Round Nav + VOD Notes

A browser extension for reviewing official match VODs on YouTube round by round. Jump to the round you want in one click, and write a note at the moment you notice something.

What it does

Jump to the start of a round

When you open the video of a supported match, a list of its maps and rounds appears below the player. Clicking a round seeks the video to the start of that round's buy phase. Nothing moves while an ad is playing.

See which rounds had ultimates

Each round button shows the icons of the agents who used their ultimate in that round. A red ring is the attacking side, a green ring the defending side.

Write a note at that moment

Alt+M opens a note at the current playback time. Notes can be tagged with a category (set, retake, post-plant and so on), site, buy type, team and composition. Each note appears as a marker on the seek bar; clicking it returns to that moment.

Draw on the video

Alt+P brings up a pen. What you draw is attached to the note together with the frame.

Collect rounds and watch them in a row

Put rounds into a playlist and play them back in order, across matches.

Save to your own Notion (optional)

Notes and playlists are stored in the browser. If you set a Notion token, the same content is also written to a database in your own Notion workspace, and nowhere else.

Supported videos

The panel appears only on official VODs of matches that VALOPEDIA has analysed. As of late September 2026 that is about 250 videos and about 800 maps: the 2026 international leagues (Americas, EMEA, Pacific), Masters London, Champions 2026 and part of Challengers. On any other video the extension adds nothing to the page.

Round times come from automatic analysis of the broadcast. In rounds with a technical pause or a break, the video can land some tens of seconds early.

Your data

  • No notes and no viewing history are sent to us. There are no analytics and no ads in the extension.
  • The extension itself talks to two hosts: valopedia.net, to download the round index, and api.notion.com, only if you set up Notion.
  • Matching the video you are watching against the index happens inside your browser.
  • How voice input is handled is described in the privacy policy.

This extension is not operated, endorsed or sponsored by Riot Games, Inc. It does not use the Riot Games API and does not touch the game client. It is not affiliated with YouTube or Google.

Match-ups, event names and team names are based on public information from vlr.gg. Round times and ultimate usage come from VALOPEDIA's own analysis of the official broadcasts.
